Are the reworked champions getting skins anytime soon?

more just the title. With the whole Frostblade issue, (I for one am still really disappointed at it) Nobody bothered to ask if Irelia has a new skin in the works. It would be nice to know or at least hint at, its been a long time even though she just got reworked, swain got one within a week of his relaunch. How about Irelia Urgot and Evelynn who have all not seen new skins in years pending an RW and now still have not seen new skins. Personally i love all 3 of these champs, but yet i seems like it has been forever since any of them have gotten skins, yet Swain managed to get one that was 1 week after his, and a few patches later even got chromas? Can we at least get a few of those? IK Urgot got some with his battlecast skin but Urgot hasnt gotten any love in the skin department since his rework.

EDIT: Right birdo just released swapped him for Evelynn

They almost always get a skin ~a year after their release. Swain was an exception because Dragon Master was promised for him years and years ago.

Stop bringing Swain up in this argument. People don't know the story behind it. That skin was promised over 5 years ago. Riot was making good on that promise. It's an ENTIRELY different situation, and a complete exception to the rule.

Most reworks get them within a year or so after they've been updated, so give it time.
