I cant report a bug because in my region is unavailable but i live in the US

So i wanted to report a bug with new q, as seen in SoloRenektonOnly's video here, at :54 he misses a q, but it still resets, ive also personally had bugs where i get the reset but not the gold and then the oppisite, i last hit the creep but go no reset, it seems the Q bug of old is still in this version aswell, i am ignoring some things {her passive being a blue box} cuz i figure there are some things that need tuning, but this seems too important to ignore, i would be FURIOUS if i q a target with my mark and dont get the reset, also some thoughts on the RW i love EVERYTHING but, the Q heal seems extremely low, and with the amount of AP scalings she has im afraid that an AP build my creep itsway into being TOO powerful, The e also seems kinda wonky with the hitbox, even in the champion teaser it doesnt seem like should have gotten hit there, may need to increase the visual to be a bit more representive of the width of the E, also adding into the tooltip the amount of time you can recast the E would be helpful aswell, while i do love the yellow countdown box, i do a lot of counting down my CDs and the uptimes they have, so having an exact time would help all of us who do that, THANKS!
