@The community, Why are threads promoting higher quality for lore being instantly downvoted?

I know that I've made some threads in the past that alot of people may disagree with.

But these days, I'm trying to steer away from retcon hate threads and try to push RIot in a more positive direction with it's lore.

I've accepted that the retcon is somewhat started and not nearly finished, but fighting it might be a lost cause.

I would still like to submit my input, and I encourage every other player to post and help Riot to put more effort into to their day to day lore submissions, because quite frankly, Lore is not nearly as engaging as it used to be. I'd consider that a fact!

my guess is that you are coming off as impatient! they are giving us lore at a decent speed of at least once a month , if we push them to come out at a faster race the quality will go way down. i enjoy reading the paragraphs some time pages that come out , and it makes events and reworks way more engaging.

No it's not high quality lore threads, it's your spam that is instantly downvoted. You ramble on about the same points that everyone's heard before and you can't seem to grasp the idea that the answers to your questions already exist, you simply choose to ignore them. People down vote you because they're tired of the incessant spam and how much of an arse you can actually come off as sometimes. I mean right here, you say "Lore is not nearly as engaging as it used to be. I'd consider that a fact!", ignoring the fact that how you engage in a story if highly subjective, and you're essentially throwing out opinions without anything to back them up or elaborate on why it is you feel a certain way other than "before it was like this and now it's not so it's bad" and we see enough of opinions like that on the internet and in the League community as a whole.

You need to take a step back and reevaluate your stance on things, or at least even consider being a bit open minded about things. People aren't downvoting high quality lore threads, they're downvoting you, and your shitposting (A term I shamelessly stole from reddit).

I don't want to sound too condescending, but were you around during season 1 and 2? Based on your comment, it seems like you weren't. You poor sap.

Riot used to deliver awesome lore bi-weekly. Riot's grown a lot since those days, as have their resources.

Admittedly, some of Riot's staffing issues over the last few years have spilled into the public eye. Riot Opeli for instance.

The thing is, RIot at least seemed to be straight up honest with players about what's going on with lore.

Now RIot seems to be pretty secretive. What's going on Riot?
