That is indeed a harpoon, but I see what reference you're making. It's very poetically placed.

I think the only inclination here is to continue to villainize TF, the same way they've done to Viktor. Don't think much of it, friends - It's just Riot continuing to make neutral entities eviler than they were before because it makes lore "better" somehow.
