Blitzcrank - Biography - Universe of League of Legends

What it says in the title. Precious robot child got a new bio.

I'm not a super big fan of their intelligence coming (seemingly) just from a stolen soulrock and not something they possess on their own, but I like the bit where Viktor is completely ready to go to bat for them.

Speaking of "them", does Blitzcrank use "they" or "he" pronouns? The bio mostly uses "they" post-sapience, but also says "Blitzcrank proceeded to destroy the factory, his lightning-wreathed fists not stopping..." Was that a typo or does Blitz use both?

Viktor found a random golem and put a rock on it as battery with unexpected results: The end.

In fact, i dont like the whole concept of using brakern crystals for Hextech... its like "well... how did this guy made this awesome invention?" "idk, magical rocks lol"

For example:

"How did Ekko made his awesome invention?" "idk, magical rocks lol"

"How did Jayce made his MCHammer?" "idk, magical rocks lol"

"How did Viktor made a sentient golem?" "idk, magical rocks lol"

It feels like the things that they did were accidents intead of a genious doing smart things.

Blitzcrank identifies as "ERROR: GENDER MODULE NOT FOUND."

Now we wait for the VO update.

I hope that this is foreshadowing an actual Ezreal-type VGU for Blitzcrank in the near future.

I dislike that Viktor didn't built Blitzcrank himself, he merely gave him a new battery, but given s design I do feel like he doesn't really look like something that Viktor would build. Still I would have preferred if Viktor had at least modified the golem beyond the new battery(which might be the case here, but its not entirely clear).

However I do like Blitzcranks new personality of always thinking in absolutes, as that is very fitting for him and makes him stand out personality wise among the champions. The fact that his concious comes from a brackern crystal also opens up a few possibilities for later and explains why Viktor couldn't replicate the process (the reasoning for this in the old lores never made much sense to me).

3 things. 1.I'd like to note that I did prefer when Blitzcrank was constructed from all these other dead golems by Viktor to be the best one. 2.Is no one worried that a self conscious machine who only knows absolutes is running around the place? After destroying a whole factory. 3.Why did the Russian guy name his creation something German? I know it's a joke that Viktor has his accent the way he does but still it's weird.

I like this. They connect his story to another champion, without really changing anything about who as a character he was. A shame they didn't learn to do that with others first. cough Leona DrMundo cough

So the Bracken Crystal is what gives Blitz his inteligence? Makes sense with how Bracken exist and fits nicely into a champ concept I have. Although makes you wonder if other devices have inteligence but are unable to express it as their form isn't that of a walking talking golem.
