Concerned about the chances a garble-speech champions will get a legendary/ultimate skin.

As most of us may know, legendary and ultimate skins often come with a completely new VO, because most people are actually able to speak coherent sentences. New champs such as Gnar RekSai Bard don't actually have lines, just sounds and gibberish. Each one of them being so unique of a design(that being not in human shape or really any common body frame in the earth) could easily incorporate some awesome skins.

For example, Mecha(Cyber) Rek'sai, Ruin guardian Gnar, Nightmare Bard, such and such. I understand that they could just be 1350 skins, but I worry that Riot wont be able to justify new and cool animations with a legendary/ultimate skin if they cant speak our language.

Could do a Gentleman Cho'gath and give them refined English accents, or a Brolaf dude dialect or something.

I could imagine an evil nightmare Bard with demonic noises instead of the usual musical chimes he has

I wouldn't worry too much. Just look at Sona; she actually speaks in her base VO and yet got an ultimate skin that makes no intelligible vocalizations. I don't think gibberish lines will keep Riot from developing a cool skin.
