I think they meant that more in the way of "he should get some actual skins first"
I fully expect Zac to get a Chroma pack at some point, but really hope to see an actual skin before that. I for one would feel quite let down if the first thing Zac got was recolors.
Nah everyone at Riot wants a Zac chroma pack so it will likely happen sooner than most champions...or at least before Urgot
