I just thought this would be cool! Loading Screen idea

When you reach Mastery Level 5 with a champion, you can unlock the effect of changing the loading screen background to your champions skin if you have one selected.

In terms of the quality of life, it can serve to hype up a Draven Draven!

Maybe level 3. That seems a bit less extreme for visual flair.
