Older skins getting effects?

Just a thought. Since league has progressed so much since it began, heck even since s3, I was wondering if older skins of different price tiers were going to get effects. Imagine frankentibbers getting lightning fire, or Annie in Wonderland getting similarly based effects. Championship Riven getting a pedestal in her recall to match the other championship skins. UFO corki getting spacey effects. I just feel that newer skins are greatly outclassing the old ones and it makes it so if you don't get a skin made recently in a mystery skin it's a disappointment because it takes you back to older, cruder textures, models, and effects. I know when champions get visual/gameplay reworks their skins get upgraded too, but are we going to have to wait for each particular champ to fall into obscurity due to unplayability in order to have these upgraded skins? I know for a while we had a constant stream of upgrades, but I haven't heard anything recently and was hoping on some feedback about this.
