Since the game mode was called "The Legend of the Poro King", I don't think it's certain that he even exists. Even if he does, most people have definitely never actually met him. Therefore, I don't think he plays that major of a role in the mythos of the Freljord, and his tale is probably mainly something you tell children as a bedtime story.

I think the poro king is just king of the poros
what are you talking about, Sejuani is the only true queen.
I think he is something like the patron of the poro,he might not even physically exist in the world,but only manifest under certain conditions(like throwing poros into the faces of your enemies).
