InterChangeable Splash arts?

Interchangeable splash arts In the same way that Chroma's have the slider to change colors for a particular skin, why not a way to use older/different splash arts for skins.

Id love to use the original Frosted Ezreal splash (just has more style and is cleaner - the new new new one isnt bad but i still prefer the first one). Also, the Chinese filler Groovy Zilean looks awful whereas the original was pretty groovy.

Might also be a good way to give us older players some prestige "Remember that Mundo skin splash? Yeah, I was around back then playing before you young whipper snappers were a twinkle in your fathers eye."

The defaults can still be the ones that Riot wants everyone in the world to use because somethingsomethingreasonsGravesnocigar but the rest of us can use the ones we like and maybe show off
