Copyright and such for art

So I'm almost done creating a piece of leblanc and I plan on entering it into an art competition. I just wanna know of there's any copyright stuff that I hafta note and put in the description for when I enter it. Ya know like do of hafta say where the person is from, the champ designer and whatever you need to put when you enter a piece of art that you made from league. I plan on putting it on here after the contest.
