What would you consider to be Eve's thematic archetype ??

With Eve's full VGU coming around at some point this year , I am curious to know what everyone thinks that is the in game fantasy that Eve is suppost to fulfill. It's curious , because many possible fantasies that riot could come to give her , are already taken by champions whose release was after hers. She could have been the assassin that works with the shroud of darkness , but Nocturne is in the game. Isolation could be nice , but Kha already has that. A shadow related assassin, then again, Zed is in the game. AAAA yes , a hunter that works from stealth , o wait , Rengar. I really am curious the see what Riot does in that regard , to make Eve feel more unique not only as a champion , but for the fantasy that she fulfills to be unique as well.

One that I had considerd would be unique , would be to give her a full dominatrix fantasy (She has glimpses of it now , but I am talking taking it way over the top). But I am not sure that Riot would do something like that + they said that they want to keep her stealth , that kinda says a different fantasy for her.

I want her to give this feeling that something's wrong, but you can't quite tell what it is till she's leapt out of the shadows and it's too late. I want her to have alluring but unnerving mannerisms, and I want her to have a feeling like you want to trust her but there's something wrong about her that you just can't put your finger on.

Thoughts?

Untouchable.

She's a predator that plays with her prey. Dances around them, chips them down, finishes them off. They can't lay a hand on her and she knows it. If we're talking a folklore hook, she's probably most similar to a dark, predatory faerie from Scottish mythology. Beautiful woman that lead travelers into the woods and then ripped them apart with hidden claws.

I've always seen her as the game's stealth Skirmisher if we want to use Riot's modern terms for them. Really, really heavy sustained damage, moderate ability to mitigate/avoid damage. Good access to a fight, harder time getting out once she's in.

Definitely a hedonist. She'd be selfish, unlikeable and bent on her own desires.

She does whatever she wants, when she wants.

I also feel like she'd be sarcastic and catty.
"It takes a lot of effort to move like this in heels" These quote tells me she doesn't like dressing heels all the time, but she does because it gets her what she wants.

"You look my boobs? Good, you'll die for that."

She's supposed to be an ultimate assassin for hire and the ultimate stealth champion. Yeah, Rengar can jump out of invis, but it's pretty telegraphed and not universally accessible.

Well... story-wise she's a literal succubus. Not a winged chick that sleeps with you. The old myth about spirits that approach the sleeping or vulnerable at night and "corrupt" them with sinful thoughts and dreams while stealing their souls... or whatever myths old nutters used to explain wet dreams.

Gameplay wise... Evelynn should feel like Solid freaking Snake. Sneaking around the map with the Metal Gear theme playing... approaching unsuspecting targets and ripping them limb from them, then vanishing into the night with a sultry laugh.

I said before (not sure where) but I'll say it again. Eve is Sombra with more stabbing: manipulative, snarky, confident, and she acts eerily friendly (or day i say flirty) towards whomever she is "negotiating" with at the time.

Uuuh.... what kind of question is that? Her archetype is pretty obvious. It's: "slut". (Or, if you want to elaborate, "female sexuality is evil and dangerous".)

I think riot once talked about how she currently fills the shadow assassin fantasy and not in the same way that Zed(who uses shadow doppelganger) or Nocturne(who is a living nightmare and darkness elemental) do.

You know Eve is the kind of assassin who literally merges with darkness,imagine fighting her in a dark room,she takes a step back and vanishes in the dark before reappearing elsewhere. This is different from most other assassins with invisibility/camouflage since they usually just use really good stealth-tactics lorewise.

However I find it questionable if that is really enough to make her stand out. After all both stealth and darkness are themes that are present among other assassins already. The problem is however that besides that she really doesn't have much besides her dominatrix-theme,which I doubt is something that Riot wants to push any further.(Not that it would fit her playstyle that well anyway)

So I guess they might add another theme to her character,Succubus being the most obvious choice(I know some people say Ahri is already one,but Ahri is simply based on another mythical creature that hunts in a similar way),I mean they'd just have to make her look a bit more demonic and it would fit.
