So WHY is he getting another? Sure this new draven draven skin is funny and good and all. But what about the champions going on almost 2 years without getting anything new at all? Lissandra? Diana? Etc?
Because this skin is literally classic Draven with a bobble head lobbed on to it. For as funny as it is it's actually a super low quality skin.

Diana already has a skin in the works. Keep in mind that skins for mages are a bit more work considering that they tend to get new skill effects and all. Meanwhile this draven skin is just the regular model with a bobblehead(thats even reused for the minions).
His last skin was also just a 750 skin,it had no special effects.
I suspect it's what we're getting for April Fools.
