Probably two weeks from now when his long lore is released. I'd also imagine he'll have some custom taunts that we'll see on the pbe that'll give insight in to some of our questions about this.

Yeah, probably once he hits the PBE and we get more of his audio, and then his lore, we'll find out more about this.
I guess they depict how Jhin wants to kill them(or maybe he tried already and failed?I really doubt they are dead)
The mind of the virtuoso had all sorts of flashy effects,but from the reveal page,most of them don't seem to be any actual ability and just how jhin sees the deaths of his victims.
