Why Is Alistar Blue????
with the Alistar visual update on the horizon i have to question riots decision not to alter his color scheme, he's a minotaur which are generally large brutish war machines... neon electric blue doesn't really speak out to me, the update looks good from a model and animation standpoint but the paint job is a little puzzling.

notice most of these minotaurs keep to more aggressive and violent color schemes, dark reds and blacks reminiscent of war paint. and i could understand why Alistar was ORIGINALLY blue as i imagine a giant blue cow would've been much easier to texture then a more varied color scheme, but with the visual update that shouldn't continue, and if the massive blue blotch is something you feel is iconic i felt it could've been perserved as a "shine" in his fur -provided he actually has fur aside from his hooves.
i get that its WAAAAY to late to be making any changes i was just curious about the artistic decisions about alistar originally and about his rework, because when i think of "the minotaur" i don't think of a giant blue furless half cow.
