Where would a Chem-Baron get married?

Bit of a weird question but I'm writing a story for the grand archives of piltover competition and would like to know if a Chem-Baron would get married in zaun (likely upper areas) or in piltover

Didn't Camille assassinate a chem baron or some high level zaunian / zuanite or whatever you call them. (He was marrying some aristocratic woman who had power in piltover)

It looked like it took place in piltover.

Obviously in a nicer part of Zaun than the regular populace. While a baron with connections to Piltover elite might be able to swing getting a fancy location top-side...I'd imagine they would prefer locations where they could exert their influence

In zaun the barons are in control, in Piltover they would be at the mercy of the ruling class there

Chem-church? Then they have baby-chems and send them to chem-school where they grow up to become powerful chem-barons of their own right (If they survive that is, I hear it's a deadly learning curve).
