50000000000000001 votesBased on the lore, Nidalee also might be a Vastaya, one with very diluted Vastaya blood. Ahri is confirmed to be one also. I'd guess that Wukong is also one, and the shopkeepers are Vastayas as well.
I'm a bit curious about Swain, although my best guess would be that he's not a Vastaya.
