Lancer Stratus Wukong - Why isn't he in the mecha line?

Is Lancer Stratus not the same thing as Mecha Kingdoms? Why was Wukong thrown out of the mix here? He seems like the original of the line, similar to (I think) Yasuo was to the Project skins. Is there a reason he was separated?

Its a separate thing, pretty sure. Lancer Stratus Wukong is in the same line as Lancer Zero Hecarim and Lancer Paragon/Rogue Blitzcrank.
