The Dragonslayer and Dragon Master Skins make a great point about Noxus and Demacia.

While their agendas are polar opposites of each other, they are both morally reprehensible. Killing Dragons is no better than manipulating Dragons to do Noxus' evil bidding.

Noxus vs. Demacia isn't a conflict between good and evil - it is a conflict between order and chaos.
