When is Xin Zhao getting his updated splash art?

Idunno why everyone hates on the Chinese splashes. They're for the most part pretty good.

are said to be getting base new splashes.

Then there's also who they said was getting them for her skins but was on hold due to them being down an Artist.

also have them coming up due to their VGUs.

Hell, Haunted still has his to get updated as that was to happen back with the rest of his updates but never did.

So there's quite a bit of stuff going on for art here. It will take them a bit of time to do some of the side ones since the VGUs are the main focus for Art usually.

Uhm technically there is also as well(though at least she is getting a full VGU,so that will change).

Anyway,they also mentioned having a new splash for Varus in the works,so they are likely working on several base splash arts at the moment.
