Stumbled upon LeBlanc's judgement today and it actually really interested me. I ended up starting to read all champion judgements that were out there and they're pretty cool. It'd be cool to see them make a comeback.

I think Jax's judgement has to be my favorite, honestly. "You're such a good fighter that as soon as your judgement started, it was over. Okay, now go to the Fields of Justice and fight. keeps winning game after game, everyone including the high officials were scared of how good he was Leader: Uh, Jax...um, yeah, we're getting weird looks because you're a bit TOO good so we gotta give you a special resection. Jax: Restriction? Alright, but we do this my way. tears a lamp post out of the ground I'll use this as my weapon from now on." (Still messes up everyone who comes his way.)

Personally I feel like the colour text is a great replacements for the concept of League judgements. I've enjoyed just about all of them, especially Jhin's, Poppy's, Illaoi's and Aurelion Sol's.

The problem is: the Institute of War, that made the League Judgements isn't part of the lore anymore

Yeah Judgments created an interesting way to look into a champions psyche and really fleshed out champions a lot. But without the IoW they don't really serve a purpose, and I don't think they're going to create "Dr Bob, the Magic Psychologist" a character that wonders Runeterra and interviews champions.

So they've instead replaced that with the Color Lore, which so far have not been quite as interesting or as successful in fleshing out a champions personality, but does a better job of showing them in action which arguably is a better fit for a game that is all about your champions being in action.

am i the only one who looks at a lamppost and goes yup its just a staff with a clublike object at the end.......its still a weapon jax
