[GAMEPLAY] Akali's Shroud Invisibility Bug

I've never played a game as Akali before but I've played enough games against her to know that whenever she places her circle (shroud) and when she's in it, she's suppose to be invisible. There's been games where Akali will drop her circle then when she's running around in it, she'll be visible to the enemy. When she appears in her circle, she'll be visible for a little bit then will "blink" between being invisible and visible for about for a second or two then will turn completely invisible again. I'm not sure if this apart of her ability or if it's a bug but I'd thought it'd be worth reporting so it doesn't become abused against her enemies.
