No dates, just whether or not it's looking like a new champ will come first. Or is that still too much to ask? Pls man I'm desperate for Eve info, I'll take anything T _ T

Eve's trundling along, but it's DEFINETLY too soon to speak to release dates. Same with Urgot really.
If we follow the general schedule from last year, we got Taliyah in June, after Taric's VGU in March, and Kled in early fall, and Yorick shortly after that. Therefore, we can probably Expect Urgot in the summer, a new champ following him, and then possibly another new champ before Eve rolls out, though, as far along as Evelynn is, I'd wager she'd be released shortly after whatever summer new champ there is.
