I don't feel like this looks much like Karma at all. If i didn't know better, it'd look like either a new champion or a genderbender Vladimir with too much makeup on her face. Not to mention the icon barely resembles Karma aswell. I mean look at those facial features and lips!

My suggestion would be to try and re-do the face completely and make the body around the waist less slender like in the Classic splash art. The feet look okay i think.

This is really bothering me, idk how it's supposted to look like her outside of the abilities she is showing off which are also quite vague. Glowing eyes then?

The in-game skin looks beautiful though.

Yeah I agree completely. Personally my main gripe with it comes down to her face. She's pale, her nose is too pointed and her cheekbones are too high. Karma has a relatively rounded face and this artwork is that of an extremely angled woman. It doesn't even resemble her or the skin model AT ALL. Yes some digression needs to be taken, but this isn't even remotely close.

Ironically Karma's thighs are also quite skinny in this splash, and they've pretty much ALWAYS being a recurring trait of her design. She normally has really nice thighs.

Personally, I really love the splash art, especially showing her using her Mantra powers. It's one of the aspect I always felt drawn to her, like she's super charging herself and ready to unleash all of her powers.

.... Now you're just being too picky! It's almost the same thickness and it's a different pose (so ofc it looks a little bit different). Just see real models in different poses, one could go from rectangular to hourglass in a heartbeat.
