They'll probably update the other skins splashes as well within the next patches.Those on the pbe are just the first to get finished.
Though I don't understand why they didn't simply use the chinese version of the phantom karthus splash art,when they actually did replace some old splash arts with their chinese counterparts. Just hold your horses there working probably as much they can so just wait and they will probably update soonTM.
THis actually looks nice because all that negative space gets covered by starts statistics and skin things annyway. Really draws your eyes more to karthus.
