Another Great skinline. Another Wave of complaints.

I absolutely love this skin line. Anime-ish skins have always been my favorites in League now they're just going all out and making completely Anime skins, to any person who loves anime and also loves League, this is fantastic, and I can only hope the skin line continues like some of the others have. But I've seen more anger and complaining then excitement for these skins, and the complaints have nothing to do with people disliking the skins at all. Yet again, champions who the player base has deemed 'unworthy' of more skins have gotten skins (Luz and Ezreal). Seriously you people act like these are riot's last skins ever, like your main is never going get another skin, it's just never going to happen, and Lux and Ezreal are to blame. Believe it or not, Lux's and Ezreal's personalities fit perfectly for this theme. Ezreal is a great 'Unsure of himself, kinda shy and nervous' Main Male Character, and Lux fits the 'Enthusiastic, cheery, and strong' Main Female Character. Like it or not these champs are perfect for this theme.

Get over yourself. You are delusional if you think the community is upset with the skin line. The idea is great. Prioritizing the same champions is the problem. They are told all the time to stop doing this and they continue it.

Yeah because the same champions reused over and over, as if everyone only plays these champions, as if there aren't over 100 champions to choose from. I mean it's easy when you don't have champions you play that haven't gotten a good skin for 5 years.

The skin line itself is fantastic. The aesthetic is great, the skins and effects are high-quality, and they really capture the theme. Visually and conceptually, the Battle Academia skinline is one of the best skinlines Riot has produced.

I'm upset over the champions they chose. There were plenty, and I mean PLENTY of champions that could have EASILY fit into the Shonen anime theme.

Students: Ashe Brand Caitlyn Ekko Malzahar Quinn Rakan Xayah Taliyah Taliyah Taliyah Talon Varus Zyra

Instead of any of those, three of those six slots are filled by champions that already have Shonen anime-inspired skins. Yes, I will admit, Ezreal and Lux are the perfect champions to represent anime protagonists, but they already have that. Fans of anime and Lux/Ezreal already have their skin. If the protag was going to be a legendary skin anyway, they could have chosen literally any champion and altered their voice lines to make them fit the bill.

This was purely a moneygrab, plain and simple. They picked popular champions that sell skins rather than spreading the love and treating the playerbase and champion pool fairly. This was a decision made by Riot the Company, rather than Riot the Game Developer. This isn't about "my main" not getting a skin, it's about a small group of champions hogging all the skins when there are champions that could just as easily fit the theme and haven't gotten a skin in years. Yes, Riot will eventually release a skin for those unpopular champions on principle, but the fact that some champions have to wait while other champions can get multiple skins is simply unfair.
