With lux receiving her updated voice she said a line to ezreal '' Are we supposed to be on a date or something ? '' Or something like that. Which is a big **** you in the face from rito to Lux X Ezreal fans , i personally think it would make such a great romantic story between a young handsome piltian and a demacian royalty.

There was never really much going for it besides the shippers. May as well put Ezreal with Taric.
I'm not saying there couldn't be a capacity for it in the lore, but think about it; Lux has been a shut in for her entire life because Demacians have a disdain for magic. Her own brother doesn't know she has magical ability, and only recently has she been able to come out into the light a bit because of a newfound friendship with Galio.
It doesn't lend to a romance with someone who's constantly adventuring and delving into ancient crypts and tombs. They literally would not have ever been able to met yet. Not saying it couldn't happen later, but it's impossible to have happened so far.
