Soraka question...
The stars didn't want Soraka to use their power to harm people... But Aurelion Sol does it like it's nothing?!??!??!?!?!?!?!?!!? Are the stars a sentient thing? What's going on?

Well Aurelion seems to know a bit more about Soraka,so I think there is a connection between them. However I doubt that they are bound to the same rules. Aurelion is the one who created the stars,so it would be illogical if he was bound to the very same stars that he has created.
