How are Ekko and Camille related?

On the Universe page, the related champions for Ekko are Vi, Jinx, and Camille. Vi makes a lot of sense. She's originally from Zaun and has probably met Ekko based on his voicelines.

"You used to be cool." "You'll always be Zaun to me.

Not sure how he's affiliated with Jinx. She's also originally from Zaun and tears up Piltover. So I'm sure Ekko has at least HEARD of her before. Perhaps they've met as well.

But as for Camille, how are they related? Have they had run-ins with each other? The lore states that Ekko's friends are pretty shitty at keeping secrets. Viktor and Jayce already known about Ekko and his time traveling antics. Additionally, Camille has several in game lines referring to Ekko's ability to manipulate time. Based on how widespread knowledge on EKko's time travel ability is and that Camille has piles upon piles of intel on just about everyone of any importance at all, I'd say it's safe to say she knows quite a bit about Ekko. But how are they related? What makes Ekko more than just another folder?

Is he a target for Camille? Does she think he's dangerous, that he might upset the order of things? Ekko has made himself pretty clear that he aims to have Zaun rise above Piltover. I think it's possible that she fears he may start a rebellion. This would be pretty bad, as I'm pretty certain a lot of goods in Piltover are from Zaun, and Zaun is a cheap source of labor for Piltover.

Very interesting....

Also, side theory:

Pollutants in Zaun's air/drinking water cause mutations (this part is pretty undisputable), and a lot of time this shows up in the hair. This is why champions from Zaun have crazy looking hair (Vi, Jinx, Ekko)

Back in the 2016 Piltover update QnA the writer said that Camille keeps tabs on people in Zaun and Piltover and the question was specifically about Ekko IIRC, so there could be something maybe like the Ryze, Mf, Nasus situation where Mf, Nasus were in Ryze's related list years before the cinematic was released. Or maybe they are just in each others related because they are from Piltover/Zaun the same was for Vi but with her rewrite that was a patch or two ago her related were changed to better fit her lore, and since Vi, and Ori just got rewritten its possible that all other Piltover/Zaun are next so probably it will be cleaned up.

At last years LoL lore panel one of the writers mentioned that some characters are further along their arcs than others. He used Ekko as an example stating "He hasn't even had his Uncle Ben moment yet"

Camille tried to kill Caitlyn's parents and it's not a stretch to say that Elmo is on her list of interesting persons. His strides in time traveling have captured the attentions of many notable persons in Piltover and Zaun. Jayce and Victor both want him as an apprentice, the missing piece of unanchoring Zilean from time likely lies with Ekko and even Urgot is impressed with the boy

Camilles job is to keep Zaun in Zaun and protect Piltovers interests. Ekkos' discovery is monumental in scale and it could upset the balance in power between the twin cities. Ekkos' philosophy of Zaun excellence is something that Camille would also not appreciate from the gutter snipe, she would hope he would stay in his rightful place.

I believe the related champions in Universe doesn't just pertain to characters that HAVE already interacted, but also to characters that will eventually interact. Camille is just the character to send Ekko down a darker side of his arc if this Uncle Ben comment is to be taken at face value
