Spells look old, model is hella old
Model looks NOTHING like her animation. So disappointing.
Her animation has blue eyes and brown hair, hair model has green eyes and pink hair ?????? And the outfit is so stupid like in-game??
Noxian forests are just packed full of backpacks with black leather shoes and nice clean dresses.
Not to mention the model and animation versions of Annie look nothing alike physically.
Please, Riot.
She needs to look Runeterran not 9 year old from Earth with cat ears and a bear backpack.
At least she should look like her Annie: Origins cinematic appearance. Her contemporary appearance makes no sense in the context of the main canon universe, her classic skin looks more like it would fit the Academy line instead.
As for the ability visuals, well they are fine. So mostly its just the visual of her classic skin that needs work...oh and new splash arts for her older skins.
She already had one, so chances are it'll be some time before she gets a new one.
If we're lucky, she gets a voiceline update like Lux did.

In her cinematic, it looks like she isn't a pyromancer, but instead just has Tibbers. So her gameplay would probably be changed to make Tibbers more of the focus of her kit, as opposed to a bunch of generic fire spells.
I imagine they are going to go with something akin to Jojo's Bizarre Adventure with an update to Annie, where Annie is completely helpless, and Tibbers is her basic attacks, her spells, and is completely unleashed for her ultimate. Like the abilities would be the same, just more Tibers focused as opposed to fire focused.
No, there's champs that need it far more than her. She got one in 2013 and it's held up pretty well since then.
While I'll admit her color scheme doesn't match up, take away the make up and in game Annie is clearly the same girl in a different outfit with a bit more exaggerated features.
As for her clothing her lore specifies she regularly approaches families for food and drink, they clothe her and take care of her until they try and take Tibbers, because you don't touch a witch's wand.
