So now that Demacia got its story in the Universe site this leaves only 4 remaining places that didn't get their event yet - Noxus, Ionia, Bandle City and the Void. But since the next visual update is Urgot i guess this means that Noxus is the next story event?

Maybe, maybe not. Nothing's certain.
Yeah Noxus seems likely,as every faction related VGU since Taric came with a lore update,but in the end we can't be sure,they might make an exception for Urgot as he is also related to Zaun,or there might be another update in between(after all we'll likely get 1 or 2 new champs before the Urgot rework)
Also I'd say the freljord needs a lore update as well. Sure they got a story event back in 2013,but since then the lore format was changed and the retcon was made official,so they are in need of an update.
I hope Sion gets updated background lore.
