I haven't even seen anyone play him in 3 months and he is one of the least deserving champions in the Pro-scene to get a Victorious skin.

He's not anything exciting to play either so this makes even less sense.

This should have been Viktor's day, yet Maokai showed up in the pro scene for like 5 minutes and took his skin. This is terrible. My reaction is just, who the fuck cares about Maokai?

If you translate it (the page the image is from, I mean), it crudely mentions "tree" and I think "Maokai". I really thought that was Lamb's mask and got super hyped... =(
