...make a story/lore for how he transitioned to somewhat still have his humanity to his rework form. Right now he still has some humanity, but for the rework you want him to seem completely out of control right? It would be interesting to have a story based on his changing.

where did you hear that? if its for the ban phrase for WW that said i almost feel human thats not a reference to the upcoming VGU but a unused quote that he used to have a long time ago but didnt make the cut to ingame

Honestly I would love a more fierce and scary WW.
Make his E(blood scent) into a terrifying howl like in the movie A werewolf in london.
He's also too small and walks like a baboon.
