Riot should make a new Faction in runeterra : Divine Grove, that groups up Kindred, Soraka and Bard

Since their VFX in game are very similar, same their concepts as astral beings that govern order, heal and life/death

Riot can introduce a new Faction, something like the ''Divine Grove''. Soraka comes from there, fallen. Bard walks throught many planes of existence, but the divine grove is his home-realm same for Kindred, roaming to hunt in runeterra.

And, as an extra: the Divine Grove can be as an Opponent faction of The Void.

But none of them are from the same place.

  • Bard and Soraka don't come from the same plane as far as we know, even though he still has the capacity to visit it.
  • Kindred's basically death, so they don't come from any place of celestial power.

These three entities aren't actually all that linked from what I can see and there isn't really any indication they have it out for the Void either. On another note why does everyone insist that the Void needs a rival faction? They're just from the same point of origin; there's actually little indication that any of them get along at all, and don't you go telling me they're listed as friends - they've never met and we don't even know if they're aware of each other's existences.

They are characters that really don't look like they need or want to be in a faction. Bard and Kindred are spirits they dont strike me as the kind that goes to meatings and do organized stuff.

Not every champion needs to be in a faction, they can be their own thing.

I kinda like it. We'll see what Riot does.

I also disagree. They made a good point about it before. In a world where everyone knows each other, it makes it quite small.

Do you know what a faction is? I think joining a faction would be too political for these characters. Considering Bard and Kindred are in a sense "bigger than life" meaning they transcend the idea of joining a faction. You're trying to make a light and dark connection, but you're stretching a bit by just relying on the in-game VFX rather than each individual lore. The void isn't even necessarily evil, it's just otherworldly. The shadow isles would be evil, but that's a place not a faction. Divine Grove sounds like an event only Pokémon location.

I like it and all, but I'd prefer if these champions remained independent. Like I can see them knowing each other and all that jazz, but just grouping them kind of ruins the whole celestial being vibe they have going for me. As celestial beings I would expect them to mostly keep to themselves. They might meet up at some point and maybe exchange a few words, but they'd probably just go their separate ways immediately.

I like the idea, but add Tahm Kench to it as well, as a demon/spirit of of greed and desire who also came from the same place as the others but walks a different path.
