So, as we all know, the Star Guardians came out. They are only summoned in times of great danger. But, what danger have they been summoned against? Riot hasn't said anything about what the danger that is engulfing the world is. Does anyone know?
Maybe the void creatures and dark star skins. That would fit because the dark stars created the void by consuming all of it and the star guardians want to protect our universe to end similar.
Probably the Dark Star skins, or the enemies in the galaxies that Aurelion Sol mentions.
Looks to me like they are fighting the void. I mean in pretty much all the video material(ability previews,the star guardian video,etc.) they fight against creatures of the void.
Hopefully they are fighting against Social Justice Warriors.
We will never know. This is the end of the Star Guardian lore.
The dangers of... Riot having less money than it would like.
Fortunately, the Star Guardians will correct that pretty easily. The rest of the souls money they want will come from where it always does with Riot.... Satan.
