Is that the blade of the ruined king in warwick's back?

I dunno if anyone made a post about this but i got bored and looked at the new warwick splashes then i noticed in the grey warwick splash he has sword in his back that goes right through him, ghostly and green in colour which a signature trait of the shadow isles. The sword has a similar look to it with the blade of the ruined espically because of the gem in the middle hilt.

Both swords have gems on the hilt, but then again, its not a trait exclusive to BotRK. Look at Garen's sword for instance. BotRK's icon seems to have more intricate details. The hilt is shaped differently, and the blade doesn't have any designs on it, which BotRK has.

When did i say he stabbed himself?

You can't see most of the sword's detail because its been plunged through his back, all i said was that it had a similar look to it. Yes i know gems on the hilt aren't exclusive to bortk all i'm doing is comparing the similarities. Also i said the sword has similar traits to the shadow isles, take the spears that are stuck in kalista's body for an example.

Why wouldn't it be, blade of the ruined king is a signature item on warwick? Would make more sense to have that over a generic ghost sword.
