Is that the blade of the ruined king in warwick's back?

I dunno if anyone made a post about this but i got bored and looked at the new warwick splashes then i noticed in the grey warwick splash he has sword in his back that goes right through him, ghostly and green in colour which a signature trait of the shadow isles. The sword has a similar look to it with the blade of the ruined espically because of the gem in the middle hilt.

Both swords have gems on the hilt, but then again, its not a trait exclusive to BotRK. Look at Garen's sword for instance. BotRK's icon seems to have more intricate details. The hilt is shaped differently, and the blade doesn't have any designs on it, which BotRK has.

Why wouldn't it be, blade of the ruined king is a signature item on warwick?

Why would Warwick stab himself? He's not a masochist like Dr. Mundo.
