Maybe next time it will be closer to perfection. 
If victorious graves doesnt have a cigar ill be highly upset. I dont even play graves but if the man cant have a cigar after being victorious then what has this world come to???????????????????????????????????????

I'm kind of going back and forth between whether it's Graves or Jhin. I'm kind of leaning toward Jhin actually bc his gun looks more like Jhin's and i don't know something about the way his eye and nose looks make me think there's a partial mask maybe? Like a phantom of the opera type mask lol? Even with no mask, it isn't a totally crazy idea to think it's Jhin. We have unmasked Kayle so an unmasked Jhin for a victorious skin could be a thing. But I really don't know cause the shoulders and mustache look more like it could be graves. Jhin was more popular in the meta though I feel... this is though lol, I kind of hope it's Jhin though

Don't worry. He just extinguished his cigar to hold his gun. It's giving off the cool smoky effect.
