@Riot: Evelynn skin questions

I recently realized that with the exception of Safecracker, every Evelynn skin is a 520RP tier skin (effectively, a recolor).

Even Safecracker, which is the "best" skin she has (I say this based on cost; it is probably tied with classic as my least used Eve skin) is only 750RP and shares a splash with Twitch.

So, my question is: Are there any plans to give Evelynn a top tier skin (975 or more RP)? Or, are we stuck waiting for an Evelynn VU before she gets any new skins?

Also, while we are the subject, can we get a new splash for Shadow Evelynn? I cringe every time I pick that skin and the loading screen appears. Her classic splash and in game icon are also a bit dated, but I assume those would get updated if and when she ever receives a VU.

It was said that eve is planned to get a VU and normally this means that the champ doesn't even get a skin until the VU gets out(just look at Yoricks skin history,he never received a new skin because riot quickly realized they want to rework him).

Safecracker eve was the exception here in that it was only possible because it was such a cheap skin as it doesn't have fancy particles or special animations. And since eves body shape is most likely going to be unchanged,it wouldn't be difficult to adjust the skin to her eventual VU(maybe add some stuff to it depending on what they do with her).

And overall Eves update is most likely going to be of Taric-level(if everything goes as planned taric will get his update early next year),so I think it is likely that eve will get her VU after Taric Urgot &Yorick (probably not even next year...),but this is just my personal assumption.

i got a comment on one of my skin posts saying Eve won't get a new skin until her rework if she gets one
