I don't see any similarities though
He uses a flower motif and has some gold/white-color-scheme,thats really all,it wasn't much in terms of similarities anyway.
Its like when everyone assumed the brute in the ekko teaser was urgot based on the fact that he had zaun-like cybernetics that included a gas-mask-like thing.
