Xin Zhao's sounds on Q and E

I don't know if it's me being stressed too much or if there's some bug allowing the sounds to be too loud or switching to old versions of the sounds or what but when I'm playing against a Xin Zhao, it's extremely jarring and stressful and wearisome as that sound keeps ringing in my ears and hurts so much. I tried duplicating the toxicity of this sound in practice mode or by looking at it on skin spotlights, but I can't.

I noticed there is one skin where the sound is different, but if anything it seems less annoying than the default and that is the Dragonslayer skin I think it's called. Whatever the problem is, whether it's some bug or just a badly chosen sound file, I wish Riot would deal with it because it's enough to make me want to ban him just for the sake of it never happening again, balance be damned.
