My analysis of Valoran Nations Part 2 Demacia

Now I intend this mostly for fun, put your opinions in the comments below for I love to debate,

Demacia is the rival of Noxus both Morally and has a nation, they fight tooth and nail every day, as such Demacia's military is in prime shape constantly. Demacia lacks any form of a spy or assasination organization, however they have many skilled scouts in order to gather Intel. According to Lux's lore she went to a college of magic, this suggests that Demacia has an acceptable Private education sector. Demacia most likely utilizes a mercantilist economic policy whilst this is outdated to the Socilisim of Piltover and the Capitilism of Zaun, Demacia most likely has the third strongest economy of Runeterra. Demacia has excellent stability due to a high sense of honor and justice amongst both the nobles and peasants.

Piltover and Demacia are offical allies as such they trade heavily, at quite advantageous rates Piltover is also allied with Bandle City, as such Bandle City most likely is on good to great terms with Demacia Allied assistance works similar to Champion assistance Allied assistance provides +6 Funding +4 education +5 worldy Standing

Demacia, in my view, is a pretty shady place.

Sure, they are all "Jutice and Righteousness" at first glance, but what about... Lux forced enlisting of child soldiers, Fiora having her father executed, and threatening the exile of her entire house, all over one honor code violation, Scorning any citizen who hasn't memorized "The Measured Tread", the official Demacian handbook, Garen shaming soldiers for not dying in battle, Refusal to aid the Freljord during a Noxian invasion, Quinn anyone who isn't a noble is considered lesser until they prove otherwise...

need I go on?

Noxus is, at a first glance, not the best place, but Demacia isn't any better, and they (in contrast to their "honor above all" attitude) are deceitful about it.

Very much correct however Noxus also enlists of child soliders in times of need, and Lux is hardly a normal child, she is an unatturaly powerful mage Fiora didnt have her father executed, she dueled him, And that honor code violation was cheating on a rival house, (posining) The exile of house laruent was extreme however Wait did Garen shame soliders that fought, or those that deserted, pre or in battle? because if it is that seems pretty reasonable, In noxus deserters are executed instead of shamed. Quinn did prove otherwise, and she just what, found a bird had a great bond with it, and has good aim, anybody with enought effort could complete similar tasks (I for one, if i wanted to and with enough effort, find a bald eagle tame it, and get good with a crossbow, a fairly simple weapon) suggesting that Demacian not lesser standards arn't unreasonable, however I admit the fact that nobles dont need to go through this not lesser standards is bias Noxus does have its up-sides and down-sides for one Riven's lore suggest Noxus also likes honor and glory (even if only culturally) Demacia is deceitful yes but some of them are REALLY trying to make the Idealstic land of justice and honor and etc a reality (j4 and garen come to mind) Noxus if you make a mistake your executed, or left to rot unless you have VERY good talents in which case you may be made into an agent or soilder Demacia you can make some mistakes, and be given a trial (Taric ) important to remember that Taric was a noble, and was failing consistantly, so his punishment may actually have been extreme as it was trial with a 99% death rate (100% before Taric)

Death Rate was actually almost 0. The People that had to go on top of Mt.T actually just went to other places and lived in Exile. This Kind of "death Penalty" was actually more of an Exile. Taric is actually the only one who really did that.

Garen wasn't the one shaming people for surviving a battle; when he came back alive from a battle, rumors began flying around that he had let his opponent (Katarina) live, and she had done the same. Caused people to question his loyalty to Demacia for a while. Of course, Garen denied them outright, and he continued to be the paragon we all know.

Fiora didn't have her father executed, but she was forced to either duel (kill) her father or be exiled.

Oh, and one thing I forgot about was their position towards Science; they oppose the concept (albeit not strictly). Every single experiment must be first run by the council.

Science is a lot worse in runeterra then in real life "caught urgot" "Caught viktor" "caught singed" so i can see why Demacia is a bit, nervous here

Demacia is my facorite faction, and I apprrciate you being relatively unbiased.

I try not to, But the thing is that we dont see much about Demacia's bad side, atleast one thats not explainable on "culture" or "one case scenario" so yeah, I am biased because i dont know everything

Well a lot of people seem to want to narrow in solely on the bad side of Demacia. I suspect they are Noxian scum. Lol.

Announcment, I have zero idea of how to see votes without voting myself (Even thought i created the discussion) as such I have thrown my vote into the Frejord, but i wont count it, As such Frejords vote is whatever it is -1 thats all

Shyvana is J4 personal guard, she will ignore pretty much any order unless it comes directly from J4. Fiora would actully help everytime she is order to, as an elite family their are bound by duty, the real problem is getting the order since no one would willingly send the nobles to battle unless the nobles themselves want to. Add the fact that Demacia is quite stiff on punishment for what their consider wrong and a refusal to join and army woudl pretty much mean exile for Fiora. Kayle pretty much just provides intel, she won't join battle unless is directly related to Morgana

Demacia Allies are bandle City and Pilvoter, they are on neutral terms with bildgewater and Ionia and pretty much on conflict with everyone else. Pilvoter is an allie unlike Zaun that is dependent on Noxus so pilvoter champions and engineers are not forced to help demacia unlike zaun ones.

The treaty with the yordles is not for military prowess, they don't consider Poppy Tristana Teemo as valuable military assets, they are more going for the magic knowledge that yordles have since they are such an ancient race. It is said that yordles see things that are invisible for humans

Taric would help demacia (maybe) but demacia wouldn't accept his help anyway so he is pretty much out.

Allow me to count the people with higher authority then j4, 1. J3, J4 is 100% loyal to j3 this isnt GoT Therefour Indirectly Shyvana is 100% loyal to j3 because she is loyal to j4 Fiora wouldnt help "reliably" shes not going in as a rank and file soilder If shes going to war for any reason (she wants or macia wants) shes going for the general, shes a battlefield assasin and that probably means she doesnt really act to much with demacia in mind, its all honor for her Demacia is allied with Piltover and bandle city, that means they exchange stuff you dont see Yordles legaly trading with noxus do you? your right Demacia doesnt see Yordle heros as military assets, they see them as diplomatic allies, and vice versa, they arnt expecting assistance from eachother in battle. Ionia and demacia are practically allied since they both hate noxus, its not offical however Bilgewater is on negative terms with everyone, they havent been destroyed yet because their is nothing to gain from it Zaun is hardly dependent on Noxus Demacia and piltover are, again DIPLOMATIC allies, the trade shit, not go to war together. Kayle wants to kill Morgana, end of story Morgona lives in Noxus and might occasionaly help them If morgana helps noxus, Kayle helps Demacia Taric is neutral, he guards life Noxus destroys life more then demacia 9-10 cases so hes going to help macia more then noxus

Poppy is not a normal Bandlecity yordle. She is Demacian. She is not born in Demacia but she is a part of Demacia. She wouldn't join the army or invade enemy land but if she stumbles upon a threat towards Demacia she will eliminate it.
