With Kindred being the embodiment of death how does he/she/it see ekko and zilean? I know she/he/it is rivals with many of the shadow isles champions but doesn't death feel cheated by the altering of time as well? Technically they are cheating death just like how many of the shadow isle champions are?

Potato Doc1 votesEven with the curse its still cheating death. Wolf is robbed of its hunt through a curse, its still avoiding it. The curse came from him trying to view the future to avoid the death and destruction that awaited the city, he was trying to rob death of what was to come and as such it seems death turned the situation on its head to curse him.

Zilean used magic to do it(and ultimately failed),but thats fundamentally not different from someone blocking an attack that was meant to kill someone.
Narasimha1 votesBecause with ZIlean, it came from meddling with things men was not meant to toy with. Or something along those lines, anyway. Time is a pretty serious thing. You can't expect to just fiddle with it. Protecting someone is one thing. Trying to bend time and space to do so is another.

Blazing Tenshi1 votesUnless Ekko or Zil go around telling everyone about how they used their death defying time powers to stop people from dying then no one who lives within the restriction of time would know. Unless Kindred lives outside at least the "standard" time line that all the lore takes place, they would never know that they are cheating death so how would wolf feel cheated?
Potato Doc1 votesDeath would know, just looking at the comic that he has he killed a man, which death would know about. The mass murder around zilean would also have attracted death, once again even if death wasnt omniscient would also queue death into knowing about zilean. Kindred is deaths messenger and as such would know. Reading the lore they not only know but can also choose when someone dies as well, as seen with wolfs interest in the girl.

GreenLore1 votesActually ekko didn't kill the guy. He had only one more turn-back and had to decide if he should avenge his friend or if he should meet his friend in his last moments. Ekko chose to be at Ajunas side instead of killing the man.

Lamb seems rather ambivalent about his status as a time-manipulating individual, and her quote implies that despite Ekko essentially "cheating" death, he has not truly done so; Ekko has died hundreds, if not thousands of times, only each instance takes place in another reality, not the one we are familiar with exploring. Every time he activates the Z-drive and escapes certain death is another Ekko that did not turn back time and died in his place.

Igotlazy1 votesKindred probably isn't too happy with Zilean and Ekko's manipulation of the timelines. First off they are DEFINITELY aware of what the two are capable of, the alternate realities they've created, who they've saved etc. This is supported by Lamb's quote "We know your name child. Woven across countless almost-lives." when taunting Ekko. I remember a Rioter saying that Kindred is very eager to meet Ekko. I would assume that by now he's already come across them in one of his near death experiences and has probably been Marked. Zilean too most likely.
