With Kindred being the embodiment of death how does he/she/it see ekko and zilean? I know she/he/it is rivals with many of the shadow isles champions but doesn't death feel cheated by the altering of time as well? Technically they are cheating death just like how many of the shadow isle champions are?
Technically Zilean is not the one cheating the Death, its his curse, its not like he had an option... unlike the ascended or things like that
Unless Ekko or Zil go around telling everyone about how they used their death defying time powers to stop people from dying then no one who lives within the restriction of time would know. Unless Kindred lives outside at least the "standard" time line that all the lore takes place, they would never know that they are cheating death so how would wolf feel cheated?

Lamb seems rather ambivalent about his status as a time-manipulating individual, and her quote implies that despite Ekko essentially "cheating" death, he has not truly done so; Ekko has died hundreds, if not thousands of times, only each instance takes place in another reality, not the one we are familiar with exploring. Every time he activates the Z-drive and escapes certain death is another Ekko that did not turn back time and died in his place.
Kindred probably isn't too happy with Zilean and Ekko's manipulation of the timelines. First off they are DEFINITELY aware of what the two are capable of, the alternate realities they've created, who they've saved etc. This is supported by Lamb's quote "We know your name child. Woven across countless almost-lives." when taunting Ekko. I remember a Rioter saying that Kindred is very eager to meet Ekko. I would assume that by now he's already come across them in one of his near death experiences and has probably been Marked. Zilean too most likely.
