Is there some lore behind arclight Yorick?

We know that arclight Varus shows us how Varus would look like if he wasn't corrupted by (possibly) the Darkin inside his bow. So, could arclight Yorick represent Yorick if the Blessed Isles weren't corrupted by the Black Mist and Ruined Kings spell?

or it could represent Riot not giving any cares and throwing together the first piece of Yorick fanart they could find into a skin
