Are the Ammo Changes on the PBE Right Now Just Placeholders?

I got on today cause I was excited to see what the new ammo visual for Jhin was going to be and was disappointed to find that they were just four white blocks (not to mention I think it's worse for gameplay clarity cause it's now a little harder to see when he has fourth shot up). As well I played against a Xayah and saw that her feathers were changed to the same thing. Are these just placeholders until the actually ones are put in? Cause if not this seems like the opposite of the "themed" ammo we were promised in this post:
