Could "Flavor text" be added to more abilities?

Currently, the only champions with any form of flavor text are and , on their ults (but even those are just champion quotes that are marginally applicable to the spells).

The Black Market Brawlers items had quite a bit of flavor text, and kept its flavor text when it was implemented. A few others, like the line, , and all have flavor text.

Just a short line about the ability from a lore perspective at the bottom of the box.

Ex. Q "Originally created to make playing catch more efficient, invention H-28G packed far too much of a punch for its original purpose."

Q "ok"

Q "Who's there? -unnamed victim"

I always liked the concept of ults having flavour text and it always cropped up on champions WAAARGHbobo was working on like Jhin, Illaoi and Tahm Kench, though in reality I feel like there's probably at least one ability on each champion that deserve a line of flavour text, sort of a line they'd actually say when using it.

We need less flavor text in Ability Descriptions, not more. Ability descriptions are too bloated as is.

its make it even more complicated, most won't read it and will just get in the way often. I think it's good for the rare occasion, like tahm, but riot shouldn't waste the time going back finding half-assed quotes for older champions. probably something your see on reworks and new champions.
