Will Vladimir get new splash arts?
Or was the update to his Vandal and Count skins a while back the end of it?
Just wondering... if there are plans for Classic, Marquis, Soulstealer etc to get updates or if the old Splashes (which are good) will stay
Vlad needs a VU first :P
While a VU is not necessary for splash updates (see Olaf and Morgana), Riot Reav3 came along a while ago and said there are currently none in the works but it may happen at any given time. And also that as a Vlad player he himself really wanted a new Bloodlord splash.
But don't worry, the Chinese arts are not the end of it. It's just that he's currently not on Riot's priority list, despite being such a beloved champ who was neglected for years.

if he does get a VGU then yes, he will get new splash arts (minus Soulstealer and Acadamy)
The changes to some of his skin splashes were only done due to the globalization of the splash arts(and I think only the vandal one was kept,the others were reverted).
And its unlikely that he'll get any new splashes anytime soon as riot focuses currently on updating the skin splashes of champs who received a VU.
