Champion Update Schedule

With poppy and Shen getting out of the list (finally! it has been very long time) who will be the next champs being placed in these positions? They promise will be getting his full relaunch like but is it time to work on him now? I don't think so. Not until they finish Taric project.

As for Meddler stated that "As far as full reworks go Taric and Yorick at the least will come out before him, possibly others. The candidates should be champs who need minor - moderate change (both visual and gameplay) so this is my list:

The problem is there will be immobile mage updates this mid year which are very prime candidates for this update. I don't know if Riot want to take this opportunity to update them all.

I do hope Pantheon and Irelia get there soon. I like , I mained him in the end of season 5. But his kit doesn't allow much interaction with his lane partner and can feel rather frustrating to play against (even as a bully). The only part I really like about him is his ult, which is great for tactical actions (and being a scary motherfucker that falls from the sky to ruin someone's day is fun).

Irelia doesn't feel like her kit messes well with her theme. I feel she should be more of a caster with the blades rather than they just simulating her autoattacks. She also doesn't allow much interaction playing against (her stun is buggy or I just don't understand it).

Actually, they said they would go to Yorick full time once Poppy was done, so he is being worked on now.

I'm almost expecting the next announcements to pop up there being the following:

The immobile mage update slated for the summer
A kit and visual update for
A visual update for Leona

The last two are things I think will come about as a result of the Mount Targon event, whatever it may be, as it's the perfect time to update those champions; it's a lore event and they're involved so you might as well.

The Taric update will stay up there and I personally think we'll see it sooner rather than later. Maybe even in the next few months.

Overall they don't list all the champion updates that they are currently working on on the site. I mean Alistar was added to that list a few days before his update came out and even his update was rather small,there is no way they just did it in under a week.

I think that depending on how long tarics update needs they might not update the site at all until tarics rework got released. Afterwards they'll probably list either Yorick or Urgot(I remember that originally Urgot was planned to get it first,but recently it sounds more like yorick is going to get it first) and at least one champ who is getting a smaller VU(if there is really a targon-event coming,then Pantheon would be a likely candidate)

I sincerely hope Swain isn't left out for another year. He's gone without a skin or any notable attention for years because Riot just likes tugging their shirt collars and skipping over him without comment. He deserves some attention.

After Taric it will surely be Yorick for a full-scale rework (Sion-level). There's also a good chance Warwick will be given priority since there was some prototype mechanics talked about for him a while back. I sincerely hope they both get some well-deserved attention.

I don't see why nocturne needs any rework actually. He needs tweaks, but his actual kit is something I'd like to stay, maybe other than his w.
