They probably will change his lore, not his look. Amumu was a yordle before the Shurima lore changes, now he is a human boy.

It is unknown if Amumu is now a yordle or a human boy(though boy seems more plausible) and well in amumus case it is easy to simply say that he isn't a yordle,since he is covered in bandages.

For corki though it'd be weird for him to be suddenly not a yordle anymore,I mean he'd be a really tiny man.

On a more serious note,amumus eyes would be too big even for a yordle. I mean tristana has probably the biggest eyes out of the yordles and even hers aren't even nearly that big,amumus model is simply rather outdated,I guess that he might have slightly more realistic propotions when he gets an update.

He's wearing goggles, a helmet, gloves, etc. He's basically covered from head to toe, so all we can really see is his seductive mustache.

How can you say he doesn't look like a yordle when he's short like one, he's part of the Screamin' Yipsnakes, and he talks like one?

Before Heimerdinger got his VU he looked like a tiny man as well(ok a weird looking tiny man) which suggested that older yordles loose their fur,making them look more like tiny humans(similar to the female yordles).

Now its simply because Corkis model and design are outdated.

Okay but then why they make skin of him, like Fnatic one, where he is clearly a man, not a yordle. Maybe he is really just a man after all

His Vu is most likely still far away,so not making a skin for him would mean that he wouldn't get one for a very long time.

When they do the VU,they might only do some slight alterations to his more recent skins(its not like he needs that many changes to look more like a yordle),or completely remake them anyway(Corkis VU could take years to get done,in which case even his fnatic skin would look outdated) They could even keep their designs like that and simply sell the more human design of him as part of these skins.

Straight from the lore, Male yordles have vibrant and colorful fur in order to attract a possible female yordle companion. Corki is basically an old yordle and his fur just fell off (he is going bald) and what you see its his bare skin (similar to the female yordles that aren't as furry) females are blue and apparently males aren.t
