Is Mordekaiser's old iron fortress, and how it's now the city state of noxus, and I'm excited to see the noxians clash with mordes army of the dammed when he's ready to reclaim it

its not a city state, Noxus is an Empire. The Immortal Bastion is the Main Palace within the Capital of Noxus.

I'd pay good money to see some interaction between Noxus' former glory Sion and the Iron Revenant whose thirst for conquest made his empire spread across half of Valoran.

yeah, I hope they'll make an event and i feel noxus will need some help for that (some kind of coalition)
